| Rental Period |

| Insurance |
All vehicles are covered by insurance. In case of theft, the hirer will be liable to 25% of the value of the car.
In the event of accident or damage to the vehicle, the hirer is responsible for the
excess payment per claim, according to the rented category

| Accident / Damage |

All accidents / damages must be covered by immediate expert report before vehicle will
be accepted back from rental. If no expert report is received by Beirut RAC all charges
incurred by Beirut RAC will be paid by the customer.

| Terms of Payment |
|
The estimated cost of the rental is payable in advance in addition to insurance excess
claim deductible only in case of car damage. All major cards are accepted as method
of payment.

|

Cars are delivered CLEAN, and must be returned CLEAN, otherwise a US$10 additional fee will be charged. |
